Private Sessions are a wonderful way to experience Pilates. Sessions are done one-on-one with a Pilates instructor tailoring the one-hour session to fit the client's needs and abilities to ensure the best possible workout. Any and all Pilates equipment as well as mat work may be incorporated during a private session.
Ideal for workout partners with similar levels of Pilates fitness and experience who enjoy working in a small group setting and would benefit from one another’s motivation.Instruction is for two (usually arranged between friends) wanting to learn similar things or focus on the same specific areas of interest (e.g. mat work, reformer.
