This foundational series is a perfect introduction or refresher for anyone coming back to Pilates! Sharon will take you through several pre-pilates exercises to help organize your pelvis, mobilizing your spine in this first class. You’ll then move on to stretch and strengthen your whole body for a workout that brings changes to your core and balance in just one session. Make it a daily practice for significant results!

ESSENTIAL PILATES

 Beginner, Basic, Technique, Restorative

These classes are all about achieving the correct technique. Slow and steady with lots of cues to allow you to connect a deeper connection to your body.

ENERGETIC PILATES

Flow, Precision, Full-body, Advanced, Transitions.

Work on challenging transitions in these advanced Mat classes. Work on flowing through advanced exercises and enjoy the creative variations throughout.

STRETCH & MOBILITY PILATES

Steching, Expansion, Breathing, Feel good, Centered

These are great class on there own or you can include it after a more vigorous workout if you need additional stretching.
