Private Sessions are a wonderful way to experience Pilates. Sessions are done one-on-one with a Pilates instructor tailoring the one-hour session to fit the client's needs and abilities to ensure the best possible workout. Any and all Pilates equipment as well as mat work may be incorporated during a private session.
MY PHILOSOPHY IS SIMPLE
Discipline and joy are not mutually exclusive. Every session will contain hard work and plenty of satisfaction.
